Re: PDR System Updates

Nice looking speakers Perry, It looks like Mark started a revolution with the OB setups I've been running O.B of some sort for about 7 years now. But mark was definitely a huge factor in me wanting to give the Tangs a go. I'm not done just yet though.....by mid/late summer I want to give these a go...

Re: PDR System Updates

Every 3-4 years I feel the need to replace my speakers. So, just like clockwork.... ....a new speaker project. These are a direct clone of PAP(Pure Audio Project) Trio. It uses 15" modified Eminence A15-neo, and the Tang Band 1808. These are the same drivers Mark uses in his open baffle. ...

Re: Musical Paradise MP-D2

The guy that designs (owner) of Musical Paradise Gary Haung lives up here in Edmonton Alberta Canada. I've met him more than a few times at audio events and when I purchase some of his gear.....he even repaired a Yaqin Mc100b I was having trouble with. Hes a great guy, easy to talk to and very knowl...

Mark, I almost......almost......bought a pair of the M3 Turbo S....

Re: CarverFest 2016 Subwoofer Build.... Who's in??

What about Open Baffle subs..... :-" Maybe a single 10" or 12"....in a "H" or perhaps a couple in a "W" frame, like the Orions. If they could cross with the CF speakers that would be cool. Could make them with or with out amps included. O.B. would be in keeping with the Original ALS..... Then again....

I doubt they'll disappoint, I've done two different

Re: Sonorous Speakers Done - Now A Question

Hey Brian, I'll second the OB sub suggestion. My two line arrays use either 3" or 4" and need to be crossed high. The 4" Hi-Vi array (Sodona) uses the same Dayton PT2C planers as the Sonorous. They were paired with a double 12" sealed box sub for each side, they integrated pretty well. Paired with t...
