Re: Cabin systems!

Great Pics! See a few faces I recognize. Not sure that's anyway to treat a pair of M-500s though.
Maybe next year.

Re: F*cked up my knee Monday...

Hey, guys~ Saw the doc yesterday; I have a tear in my ??? (don't recall the exact term). No MCL issues, no miniscus problems. I'm seeing a specialist on the 23rd to determine if I will need surgery or not (probably not at this point). I still have to stay off it until then, so I'm limited on what I...

Re: Songs That Were Meant For Sonic Holography

Back to the original subject .....
Herbie Hancock's River - the joni letters is the first cd I can say to have heard
instruments playing behind me. Unfortunately my listening area is less than ideal
for SH.
I also like to listen to Led Zepplin's first cd with SH on.

Re: PRE-Cabin Reservation Discussion Sep 7-17

Mrs. thall told me I have to go next year. Who am I to argue.
God willing and the creek don't rise, I will show up some time Thursday and leave
sometime Sunday.
I'll take a couch, futon or a corner on the floor. Not picky.

Re: Bette Midler fan INFILTRATES Carverfest !!!

It has come to my attention that one of our Carverfest attendees is a Bette Midler fan. OMG [-X This information comes from a reliable source and all references have been toughly checked. If you happen to cross paths with this member, I strongly advise that you use extreme caution. He ( yes I said ...

Re: How to kill a Carver amp

Back when we were both younger, me and my M-500t made many road/house boat trips to the Indy 500 and Lake Cumberland. The stereo was on for all but a few hours for 2 to 3 days straight running on a generator. Never had a problem. It wasn't till a couple years back, it finally had to go to Rolland fo...

Re: TDR-2400 Owners Manual

I scanned mine and send a copy to Tim, aka TFM-75. Not sure who's in control of the manuals
these days, or what is "required" to get one. I'll look around and see if I can
dig up my file. Stay tuned.

Oh, and welcome to Carver land.

Re: What do you think about a Carver TDR-2400 cassette deck?

I've owned mine since the early 90's and have been
very happy with it. The single bay units tend to have
better specs, but I wanted a dual bay unit and I wanted
a Carver.
I had it at CF'08. Has a nice gold Bob Carver
signature on the bay door window now.

Wasn't exactly the Kazzzba, but

Trex and I had beers at Vinnie's in Mooresville, NC the other night. Had a very
interesting evening. I'll let Tom go into details if he would like.

Had beer, pizza, pool and music at Rabbit's last month. Enjoyed it
very thoroughly. My own little Carverfests, one member at a time.
