it is a 4x120 into 4 ohms. it is bridgeable into 8 ohms making it only 4 ohm stable.

that was the big problem with these amps, they did not like running into 4ohms mono and installers where told to not do it, but did anyway and would blow the amp and then complain about the amp. they put out 240watts into 8 ohms bridged mono!! which was very good, gives much more cone control for that kind of power but still most installers did not 'get' it so they got a bit of a bad rap, to this day it is still my favorate series of amps(M2060, M4060, M2120, M4120, M240) and I still use them in my cars for all mid/tweets.
