The M-4120 IS 4 x 120 Watts into 4 ohms, 240 Watts x 2 bridged into 8 ohms....The M-4060 is 4 x 60 Watts....The M-2120 is 2 x 120 Watts. I own all three. I love these amps!

By the way, if you have a M-4120 and want to sell it, let me know!
