FINALLY they are back playing in my living room. I was going to leave the grills off but you will notice the left dust cap is dented. That is compliments of our 6 year old grandson and his marshmellow gun. You can't leave kids alone for two minutes.



My wife said she wants the full grills cut down so the big horn is showing. Sounds like a neat look. What do you guys think about a 3/4 grill?

Ward, you can pop the cone dent back out with the vacuum. Just place the open end on the dent & turn it on for a couple of seconds & it will pull it right out, no drama!

You can also pull out the dent with some scotch tape. If you feel it is too sticky and might not release from the dust cap simply stick it to your shirt first then apply it to the cap. The dent will pull right out.

I started with 5 or 6 layers of brushed on so it would be thick. I then sanded a few coats off to get to glass smooth. I then sprayed 2 or 3 coats. I will wait for the lacquer to fully cure before I polish and buff.

You, my friend, are a man of impeccable detail. sweet and juicy like these nutz.. One of these days I'd like to get my ass down there. There are signs of the economy looking up and things on my own personal horizon are looking up, so that time may not be too far away.
