Hey Ron looks nice! Are you running that Sunfire on the Plats?

Re: My System
Thanks guys. I love my setup. I love it when people come in and try not to notice the Platinums. But they always wind up asking, are those speakers??.
Eddie,
This is not the latest configuration, I have since added the Sunfire TGP III to the mix. As shown I am running the ribbons of the Platinums on the Sunfire via the current connect on the amp. Each sub woofer section is being powered by it's own Carver M500t. My rears which are NHT VT-2's are on one M500t ran stereo and my center which is not shown in this picture is a NHT 2.5i laid on it's side and ran on one M500t in mono. My sub is a Sunfire Signature EQ with the 10" woofer.
The McIntosh gear runs a separate system that consists of a Denon tuner (nothing special), McIntosh C-26 pre amp and a McIntosh M-2205 power amp, which power a pair of Magnepan 1.5QR's.
But as I write this I am in the process of changing some things around.

Did you alter the Plats? Am I reading it right? Each woofer in the plats has it amp and you
are running an amp to the ribbons? I know you said subwoofer so I was just curious
Thanks

Re: My System
bsturgeon,
I said "each sub woofer section" maybe I should have said low end section (4 woofers per section) is being run by an M500t. That totals two (2) M500t's powering the low end of the Platinums. The ribbons are being powered by my Sunfire amp. Hope that makes sense.
