Well, I was happier than a pig in shit yesterday when the console I'd been waiting for arrived. I'd ordered it on June 5th, and it was being custom made by furniture in the raw. It looks great, and I was very pleased until I started putting components into the side compartments. The shelves are all adjustable with metal pins. I wrestled the Sig into it's proper place in the middle just above the drawer. That's a heavy beast! When the TG IV gets here it will go above the Sig. Anyway, I started putting other components into the side compartments, and noticed the level was not correct.
Apparently, when they made the console they screwed up, and have the two center panels installed upside down.
This throws off the alignment, and causes the shelves to not be level. Of course Furniture in the raw will fix it. They will pick it up on Saturday, and have it back the following Saturday. One of these days, I'm gonna have my setup done! Just not this day.
