TFM-15CB

Hey,
I have a TFM-15 CB that does not run the left channel on power up. It does work in about 15 minutes with static and then is fine in about 10 minutes more. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Chuck

Re: TFM-15CB

It needs repair...you can send to Bob and Rita, or for the price of repair+ a few bucks, buy another amp of higher power.
In reality, it only matters what it sounds like to YOU!!!

Thanks,
I like that little amp, it powers some Speakerlab DAS-2's in my garage and is all that I need for power. I found the address for Bob and Rita and appreciate the post.

Re: TFM-15CB

Welcome to the forum. Sending it off to Bob and Rita is a good choice. I have two 15's and like them very much. They are nice amps.
Some cool Carver stuff!

Re: TFM-15CB

Thank you.
For a complete update, especially for an amp with problems, that is a bargain indeed. Seems there is a chance Bob might sign the thing too. I am shipping it off as soon as I dig something up to use while it is gone.
