Cabin Reservations - CarverFest 09' !!! DEADLINE AUG 24 !!!

I'll be there from the 15th on. I locked up my flight and a car today.

Anyone else from the west going?

Last year me & TFM75 were the only ones.

I will be there for the last weekend. Well Beemers417 and I will be down there on the 17th...Can't wait to meet all of you. It has been fun talking to everyone so far and I know I will be enjoying all the fun and great systems everyone will be bringing down.

We are going to be in Tree House A. Long Island Iced Tea's or good beer, on me and some good cigars. Of course some good tunes!

We need to get the rooms, and sleeping arrangements layed out, so we know what cabins we are going to keep, and which ones we are going to let go back on the market for the Watershed Co.
They are very nice in working with us, but we still have to remember, they pretty much reserve ALL the cabins for us, till we let them know which ones we REALLY need.

So I am going to go update the 1st post now, with the info I currenly have. But I am missing ALOT !!!
Get on the ball guys, and get this worked out ASAP.

If you plan on coming for a couple days, tell us what day, and how many of you there are. If you plan on staying a week, or a weekend, we need to know what days ?!?!?!

After much begging, pleading, and turning in my stashed frequent flyer miles to get Janet a ticket to visit family next week I convinced her it was necessary to my sanity to attend the Fest this year. Anyone got a room available in their cabin for the last Wed thru Monday? If not, I'll probably reserve a treehouse for the final weekend, so please let me know soon so I can make reservations. I promise to comb all of the leaves and twigs out of my fur before coming if someone will share a cabin rental.

Beemers417 and I will be in Treehouse A from the 18th to the 21st. Reservatioins with Watershed Cabins have already been made.

I'm in treehouse "C" from the 15th to the 21st.

Anyone able to split anything with Skip ?!?!?! Other than the huge hairballs he leaves all over, he's a pretty kick-ass critter !!!!
