Political Correctness...defined

A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

I am in agreement that there are judges that are way out of line when making their rulings. Some don't even look at the Constitution anymore. They are using how they feel or the new think of Social Justice.

That being said I do not want to give the President the power to arrest a judge that he does not like the ruling they made. That sounds too much like the beginnings of a dictatorship. Next the President will arrest members of Congress because they voted the wrong way.

There is already a way to get rid of Judges if they are not doing their job. They need to be impeached by the US House of Representatives and tried by the US Senate. If found guilty they are removed from their post. Just like you would do with a sitting President.

Our government is based on a balance of power because between the three branches of government. Each having a way of reigning in the other if they get out of control.

I'm with you on this one Tom. I don't think the federal government needs any additional power.

It's bad enough that W fucked us up with the "patriot act" bullshit & the Obamanation continued it.

There is a new bill they (both parties) are trying to get passed that will allow the military to arrest you without cause & hold you incomunicado. This is very dangerous bullshit.

We need to get back to the constitution & Ron Paul is the only one serious about that.

Got a taste of this in spades yesterday at my son's graduation ceremony at (lib town) Berkeley. It (the WHOLE commencement) was ALL about "correcting social injustices", the "green economy", eating less meat (the Chancellor began his intro of the keynote speaker with "...now that we all are eating less meat...": fuck you; "we'll" eat as much meat as we want....and what the f does THAT have to do with getting a good education??), etc. The student speaker (was not called "valledictorium" or "class president" or any of these "diversive" terms of course! ) basically spent her entire speach "bragging" about doing this protest and that protest....just like their "hippy" parents did re the Vietnam war "back in the day". Difference being that she was obviously a spoiled little rich CA girl whose been totally PC brainwashed and left without an original thought/action in her head.....she (AND the Chancellor) were not at all articulate speakers and both basically read their prepared speeches from cue cards sans any real feelings or any real world merits whatsoever. Just stupid liberal (read: unworkable!) gas and PC platitudes and "feel good" crap that has no practical value at ALL for the new graduates that had to sit thru an hour of this extremely boring crap... And the keynote speaker topped both of them: 15-20 minute speech on how he ('72 Berkeley grad) started a "biodiverse" chocolate factory that was so boring as to be painful. And not ONE word about THEIR (the graduates) futures...100% about HIS great "chocolate adventure".... :-& . His credentials also listed him as "CEO" of something called "The Soy Beanery" (i.e., he owns a little hole in the wall vegeratarian restaurant?....BFD! CEO?? Bullshit!). Anyway, hell in a handbasket is where these idiots are trying to take us.... A total joke that even they are having a hard time lying about anymore.... Obviously, we need real world jobs building real world class products using real world energy to survive.....not all this PC "green", "sustainable", politically correct BULLSHIT!

add: also, in typical failed socialist fashion, the Chancellor PRAISED Berkeley for iniating a "new" program that extends "financial aide" to middle class families and caps their "required contributions" at 15% of income. All caused by the skyrocketing tuition at Cal schools needed to of course fund all of their liberal policies and (lack of) work ethics (family leave pay and medical pay and time off for "mental rest time", etc., etc.). These unworkable and extremely generous policies are of course the CAUSE of the skyrocking costs in the first place! Now this "new program" is required to fix this lib created problem (which basically steals from out of state/out of country students paying "full price" tuition and gives the "extra" money to the "poor" AND middle class in-state students!). As is typical, libs steal from others to pay for THEIR "utopian" BS!
