Click on the "EDIT" button at the lower right of your post, then click on the "Browse" button next to "Filename" below the edit box. This will bring up a window where you can find your photo, then click OK. Then click on the "Add the file" button. A small window will pop up--when it goes away, you can click on the "insert inline" button to insert the pic into your post.
