That is a Great price for what is to be a NEW set of CRM-2's! "B" stock and refurbished are selling at $1199

Not going any lower then that on the crm-2s-- think the crs-3s are sold to James though.

Just curious as to why it seems like you didn't give them much of a chance since you have not even used one of the pair? I love my Wife's cinema ribbons, the little things are truly amazing to say the least. I will admit that part of the reason why I like them so much is probably because at any and all volume levels they really, really put out an amazing amount of music because we have them hooked up to a TFM45!

Actually this is my second set that I had-- I used the first pair over a weekend and really enjoyed them but prefered my crs-3s. Both are excellent sounding speakers but I prefer the louder, more in your face sound of the crs-3s, plus they're bi-ampable, louder, have a wider frequency response making them easier to match up with a sub, and have a 2 1/2 way crossover network. I like my music really, really loud at times and a single pair of crm-2s just wasn't quite enough.

Anyway, I have relisted these on eBay for $1000 plus shipping and will stick to that price there but if a forum member wants to buy them from me outside of eBay I'll still honor the $900 plus shipping $35, thanks.

They just sold this morning on eBay. I still have a set of speaker stands that are brand new, unopened that I purchased for the crm-2s that I need to get rid of-- willing to dump them cheap as they're taking up space and I don't have a use for them, thanks.
