Carver m4.0t and C-1 pre-amp for sale

Hi everyone,

I am selling both my m4.0t amp and C-1 pre-amp which have been an excellent combination for me for many years! I used them with DQ10s.

m4.0t is in very good condition. I have recently noticed a little bit of static that seems to come from the right channel but after the unit warms up this disappears. The amp has not been modified or worked on. It has a scratch on the top of the unit but the faceplate is in very good shape.

C-1 pre-amp, also in very good condition. No issues with performance. The bottom of the unit has scratches (by far the least attractive part of the units) but the faceplate looks very nice.


I'm willing to sell together or separately. I know I don't have a lot of posts here but I have all positive feedback on ebay under arceduke. I am also completely open to a local member nearby who would like to come and audition these units. They do not have the owner's manuals or original boxes but will be professionally packed and insured.

Tonio, I see the C-1 has a 240V sticker on it. Does it have the switch inside?

Well, if you are running on 120V, that really answers the question. If you're running on 240, it would be nice to know.

Yes, I am definitely using 120v in my house here in North Carolina! Thanks BIllD for the interest. I did not list a price for these units as I was not sure one was supposed to do that.
