Mag field transformers, amp/receiver circuit boards, etc. Email your requests, I just sold a lot of items to a local repair shop but still have some used and nos items left.
Re: Various Carver parts
You got a faceplate that's black for a M4.0t or any color faceplate for a M1.0t? Button for a C1? Any 4.0t filter caps?
What kinds of things do you have? There are plenty of members that I can think of right off the top of my head that are/have been looking for certain things, which is why I ask.

In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence.

Re: Various Carver parts
Anyone with a truly borked amp (someone who shorted a triac trying to get it to work) could probably use one of those unobtainium field coils, too.
It should sound like it isn't there!

Re: Various Carver parts
Mag field trans: M1.5t (nos), M1.0t (used), 7t or TFM45/42 (used), M400a/t (used), PM1.5t (used), PT2400 (used). NON mag field trans : CM1090 (used), CT7 (used), CT7 (used), HR732 (used), HR772 (used), HR752 (used). All the mag field transformers are unavailable from Carver or any other source, so when they sell I will not have any more replacements. Best way to keep them alive is to keep the input voltage constant (120vac from low impedance source) and run the output at the voltage carver recomended for that model amp. Too low input or too high output voltage will increase triac phase angle and start to drive the core into saturation, when that happens the input mains current starts to get dissipated in the primary winding resistance and over heats the transformer.
I don't have any faceplates for the M4.0t or M1.0t amps anymore, I have a set of HV caps for the M4.0t (used). If you are interested I can run a HV/ESR/dilect-abs test on the caps to be sure they are 100%, but why don't you just buy new? they don't cost that much.
Only have knobs for some receivers (but NO MXR) and CT7,CT6,CT-28v preamps. Have some power amp circuit boards for the above power amps.
I have a M500 amp thats complete, has an startup issue (sometimes it don't power up the first time, always does by the second attempt) but works otherwise. If I don't get around to fixing it in the next week or two I will sell it for parts.
