You have to be able to take it to dish it out, I always say.
We had this one poor kid, Louden, at this Harley dealership I worked at and the mechanics just used to kill him about his mom.
Being the Service Manager, I probably shouldn't have chimed in as often as I did but it did make the day pass faster.

This poor kid, Louden; I had to call him into work as we were swamped so I called his house and got his father.
I told the dad who I was and asked if Louden was there and if he could put him on the phone.
Louden answers: Hello?
Me: Louden, it's Steve from work. Can your mom come out and play?
Five second pause.
Louden: I'm going to run you over with a truck!

Did it have a Carver amp in it?
