Hate to send it to another State but I haven't had any luck here in Washington with Carver or Rita since around 1995
The magnetic field amps still work......the preamp sort of....and the only thing that plays music is the FM with those annoying channel buttons that have been sticking for a couple decades.
ALS......just sit here......CD player.....just sits here........no TT.....that works......Phase Linear preamp needs repair and as old as it is the caps probably all need to be replaced.
I played the FM loud for a couple minutes but KZOK knew I was there and only played crap I hate so I turned it off and mowed my 3 acre lawn instead
Send it to VHoP. Tom will fix it. Reasonable too:-)
Its going to be used equipment when I sell it, so it may as well be used equipment when I buy it.
