Carver 180 and 305 class A watts?

Does anybody know what the class A output is for the cherries and BB?

They are push-pull amplifiers amd I'd consider them purely as class A-B amplifiers.

Push-pull or single ended is kind of different than class of operation. Technically you are probably pulling at very low power levels from class A operation but at that level, the notch distortion of P-P is more prominent, so it's kind of a wash.

I don't know if Bob's biasing scheme helps in that lower region or not. But it still comes down to "how's it sound" more than the class of operation or other technical measurement details. In part because the steady state measurements have trouble showing what's happening during the transient conditions or normal music.

I wouldn't get to caught up in the class of operation, in other words.
