The Carverfest Knights

How did this get to be on the east coast??

I figured I should ask so I don't have to read every post here since you started

Hell I can't imagine ever going all the way to north or south Carolina

I went to NYC and Jersey back in 1984 but that is as close as I have ever been.

Funny thing is my family on Dad's side came over to WA State back in the early 1900's from Cleveland S Carolina and hundreds of them still live back there (I don't know any of them)

When ever I think of Bob I think of Lynwood WA.....not Carolina

(ok I better sneak into bed before the wife starts bitchin' at me since it is about 3:30am here)

Majority Rules......and also the guy who stepped up to the plate (treitz3) used a great location he'd been using for years.

Some of you out West have tried to start one but it never went anywhere; I suppose because you guys on the Left Coast lack resolve~

We don't lack resolve. What we lack is a venue. We've tried to find a place where we could do what we do in Carolina but had no luck.

TFM75 came up with one but it was in the mountains and the whole idea for you folks would be to come out here in the winter & leave the snow behind. The mountains are high enough that it is cold & snowy in the winter.

I haven't given up but it doesn't look good.

Those of you who haven't been may not understand but the Watershed cabins are Ideal for Carverfest.

Randall and Sandra...I gave Randall the 1400...he helps me with alot of electrical and automotive stuff and has been a good friend since he was 15....in other words...a long time!!!!

OK...I said no more but this is it...who drove up from Columbia S.C. to pick up my AL III's and deliver them back to Anderson, S.C.???? First name will do...BTW...thats about a 500 mile round trip...

Unfortunately, this is held in NORTH Carolina. Confusing that with SOUTH CAROLINA shows ignorance.
Still, it is near the border and a great area of America.

BOB CARVER has no problem with it, so why do you ?
