Platinum Ribbons

Bought a set of amazings upgraded to platinums. Getting ready to rewire and renew binding posts. Got them for around $500. One of the 60" ribbons was stuffed with pieces of felt. looks like I'll need another one.Trying to avoid the high price of a new or rebuilt one but will go that route if I have to. Anyone out there got a spare 60 in their closet. Probably not a chance but I thought I'd give it a try. Thxs Art

If I did it a million times, I might score.
On the other hand, I live in the great state of SC and old money does not brag about or sell Amazings.

So getting up early is out unless I am fishing.

The hidden message is "good luck finding them"

They will pop up from time to time on eBay but IMO you are better off have DaveS rebuild them.

You would be better off in the long run with a Dave rebuild.
