Awful Smell From My Amazings

I have a thread close to this from last year. Mine poped the fuse, and just stunk like burning metal. NOTHING WAS BURNT outside of the fuse! It did pop both fuses. Changed the fuses and they work fine. This happened on pink floyd welcome to the machine the beginning of that song has some killer bass to it.


mine are still working over a year later. If you ever figure out what it was, let me know!!!

I have some replacement woofers coming from Dynavox. I'll replace the one that is sounding bad.If that does the trick I'll replace the one on the other side. If not it probably is the crossover. I'll deal with that if the replacement woofer doesn't do the trick. I won't feel bad about ordering the 4 new speakers as I always wanted to have some spares. By the way my speakers don't have fuses so we can eliminate that as the problem. Art
