Need pics of AL III crossovers The 3 pot ones. either email them or post them here. I don't care if they are over sized or not.

You mean the Mk.IVs? Are you sure you don't mean AL-IIIs.
It should sound like it isn't there!

I'm correct about which question. There were two that are contradictory. Only one can be correct.
It should sound like it isn't there!

The electrolytics are the same except my AL-III Plus have a pair of 175µF caps in paralleln (= 350µF) rather than the 300µF on the low pass filter.
It should sound like it isn't there!

What does the differences in the caps do to the frequecy crossover points?

More capacitance would shorten the wavelength which results in a higher frequency. For instance if 300µF gave 150Hz, 350µF would give 170Hz, everything else remaining constant.

Cool. Bill, could you direct me to a good book on crossovers and how companents effect the frequency. I have the technical troubleshooting ability but not audio background.
