Ribbon Repair

New to this site, after unfortunately losing a ribbon on one of my Carver Amazing Silvers. I've learned through other posts that Dave is the man to contact about getting this repaired, however I also see that he resides both in NY and FL. The number on the repair section of this site is for NY and I don't get an answer. Seeing as it is freezing outside I'm guessing he headed south for the winter, at what number can he be reached this time of year.
