MOVING MAGNET

NO, not the cartridge, the magnets along the ribbons. I have one that moved and am looking for anyone who has had this problem, was able to fix it and can tell me how to go about it. There maybe a whole other problem. Only part of it has moved. Are they supposed to be a single solid line or, are they meant to be in sections? THANKS, MIKE
Re: MOVING MAGNET
Welcome to the forum pokipc. DaveS or ToyMaker will chime in on this shortly as they are THE Carver Ribbon Repair guys, but I think that this might almost involve a complete ribbon rebuild.
Why let facts or common sense get in the way of your opinions.
Re: MOVING MAGNET
Mike, the magnets ARE in sections. I'll defer to DaveS or Toy Maker for details, as I've never had any issues with my ribbons (AL-IIIs).
