A guy was selling woofers for the Carver Amazings on Ebay. Claims that Dynavox is no longer making the replacements Any truth in that?????????? Art

Doubt it, but it's definitely something to look into. Last I heard they were hard to get a hold of and the only contact was via e-mail but that was about 6-8 months ago IIRC Art.

Toymaker, you heard anything about this?
In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence.

The best way to enjoy digital music reproduction is to never listen to a good analogue reproduction.

Technically Orevox, a division of Dynavox is the one selling the Amazing Woofers. And, according to what I saw recently on here there was a group getting together to buy a bunch and get a better price just after they received a new batch.

They weren't that pricey to begin with.
It should sound like it isn't there!
There is a difference between hearing and listening...

AFAIK there are still selling them,, e-mail usually takes a few days for them to respond,, I think that the person's name is Ada Lin,,or Lolita Hernadez.

i believe there was some discussion about buying new woofers in bulk from Dynavox lately. I think it was for both types.
