Hmmm... Maybe DaveS can chime in here.
It should sound like it isn't there!

That`s the way they should look, FLAT. The crinkled ones have a dent every 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch. Yours look fine. http://www.carveraudio.com/index2.htm

Re: OMFG!
Perry, just saw the pictures of those speakers you got. Wow I really missed out on that one. $500 the deal of the year. Oh well that's what I get for living on the other side of the country. My deal certainly doesn't look that good as you probably saw by the pictures I posted. Art. P.S. All that and the boxes too. Those things are as rare as hell.
Re: OMFG!
you got the original boxes with your ALS's?? Please post pics; I've never seen Original ALS boxes before!!

Re: OMFG!
Sure Gary.....original boxes, all original styro packaging, original blue polythene covers.
I'll post some pics tonight.
The boxes have the ser #(0758L &0758R IIRC) and the date.....1987 on them, I think.
All from the original owner and the sticker of where they were shipped from Ontario
There was only 2 blemishes....one of the feet had come out....fixed that in 10 min.
The other was a pin hole that came from a dart his wife threw at a party. Its about
2" below the bottom of the ribbon. Besides that they were mint.
I think the guy really needed the $....he didnt want to part with them.
They really are almost in new condition.......thats why I was so worried.
