.....I have had MB quart,s ...Paradigm studio ref,s....Listened to M & k...Martin Logan's.....Ect....Haven't had the chance to hear the Polk SDA,s....Which I want to real bad..( the older ones )...But for me , the AL-III,s...even if I had to spend 1000.00 , sounded much better....So if you have a chance to pick up a GOOD pair, I would go for it......You can always sell them.....But I dont think you will...When I got the ALS,s for 1000.00.....Im still surprised they still go for that amount....Im still in awe of the sound....I may be a bit biased .
