Pb&j

Pot pies & rice or large egg noodles

This is the only vacation I will get this year. I REALLY need to indulge myself. So, The Crown will run like water from a well and I plan to eat great also. I do have a wonderful pasta sauce recipe I stole from Emeril Lagasse that is expensive until you figure in how many it will feed. My new soups can be modified(recipe multiplied) to feed the masses and my seafood bisque has become a staple at this event. Our man Eddie can pick out a great cut of meat at 50 yards and I know we can grill some great steaks at the cabins. We'll be cooking for between 21-25 the first few days and I'm pretty sure that is manageable with the crew that will be there.

Looking forward to seein' y'all there..

Its going to be used equipment when I sell it, so it may as well be used equipment when I buy it.

Every time I hear "Seafood Bisque", I'm reminded of a movie I saw where a couple emerge from a stockroom where they'd been making love, and a secretary asks them as they swish by her desk if they'd had lobster bisque for lunch.
It should sound like it isn't there!

Never had that as in the South we love crawfish stew down here.

Actually, I can go for 4 days on Powerbars and peanuts and be very happy.
