Carverfest, here we come!!!!

I'm gettin' freakin' PUMPED!!!!

CarverFest Countdown

Only 1 day to bliss that will even make the audio Gods jealous. Great food, great friends, new attendees, new music and the greatest bunch of folks that are crazy enough to drop their normal, everyday lives to attend one hell of a good time and see our beloved Bob Carver! This year is exciting as hell. We have an A/B test for ripped -vs- original, we have cable workshops, we have great meals planned, door prizes, a soldering class, vinyl will be making its presence known, ChocolateCoveredClusterFucks, T-shirts, vintage rigs, Bob's new tubed gear, the new [what was gonna be Sunfire speakers] line array speakers and best of all...a custom made tube amp [designed by Bob Carver] build session with the man himself!

I'm gettin' freakin' PUMPED!!!!

This one’s just plain creepy.

The Ohio State tattoo issue was silly. The North Carolina problems are sad. The Oregon-Willie Lyles situation is sloppy. The Stanley McClover allegations were fascinating. But Miami’s alleged problems with Nevin Shapiro, an uber-booster who allegedly took things to a whole other level over the last decade, at a whole other level of bad, and not just by NCAA standards.

Re: 22 days to Carverfest!!!!

TO DO before CF:

1. Get truck finished for trip (replace fuel pump/hard lines-DONE, install new distributor & spark plug wires, change oil/filter, replace leaking exhaust gasket, replace bulbs that are out, patch hole in bottom of cab, get inspected & finish MD registration).

2. Pack ALL my system up in waterproof containers, prep AL-IIIs for trip, & fit it all into my truck (!).

3. Drive 10.5 hours to OO's place, then 1.5 hours the next day to Watershed cabin #5.

4. Unpack & set up my entire system....

5. Pass out from exhaustion & sleep through the entire last weekend of the fest~

Drink beer -

Plan the final stages of Carverfest -

Drink beer -

Send food fund $$$ -

Drink beer -

Pack waterproof container for the Tyler subs -

Drink beer -

Throw what little I'm bringing this year into the truck -

Stop drinking -
