We have been doing some brainstorming and we came up with the idea of 1/8 inch clear acrylic for bottom plates so if people would like to show off thier craftsmanship.
Also, we came up with the idea of using a special kind of acrylic called laser Edge, it comes in 4-5 colors and when lit, the outside edge glows!! I want to use the lime green for my bottom plate and transformer cover caps, then I want to run 2 of Mike's LED circuits, one for the tubes (which will be green) and one to light up the chassis and transformers.
can't wait to get back to work and cut out a few samples!!!
