Sending your Amp Kits to Alex
For those that were not at Cabin 5 on the last day of the CarverFest Tube Amp Build, Bob told everyone that did not want to finish their amp, or has a second (or more) amp that they didn't want to build, to send them to me for a small fee.
If you have an amp that you have started and do not want to finish yourself, it is $100 to send it to me, I will go through what you have already completed and fix any mistakes, and finish the amplifier.
If you have an amp that you have not started and do not want to build it yourself, or don't have enough time to do it, it is $250 for me to build it from the ground up. If you took the kit home, please mail me the parts as I do not have many extras!
When I finish building the amplifiers, I will ship them to Bob for a final OK, he will then ship them to the owners. If you are shipping parts, or an unfinished amp to me, you will have to cover shipping to me and to Bob. If you have left your parts with me already, you will only have to cover shipping to Bob. These prices will be determined after I finish Wayne's amplifiers and ship them to Bob.
Please keep in mind, Bob Carver and Bob Farinelli plan on selling these amplifiers through the company for $1,500 and who knows what the service fees will be.
