Jerry,

Are those Dynaco A-25's. That is what I am running my Carverfest tube amps with.

Hey Don,
They Are indeed. Sound quite good on them too.
What are your thoughts on the match up?

Jerry,

All I can say is the snergy is there. I have some Y's coming in soon from Blue Jeans and will hook up as monoblocks. I love my little Dynaco's. Brings back college memories. For what they cost, still make good music. Don't excel at anything, but no serious flaws either. If a speaker doesn't get the midrange right, then it doesn't matter about everything else. The little Dynaco's do get the midrange right IMHO.

Just changed out pre-amps from a Harmon Kardon to an Adcom GTP-450 I bought off the Gon. Trying out and will be giving to Matt for his birthday in May to use with his Carverfest Monoblocks. Must say another upgrade. A little more neutral sounding. For a measly $125 I couldn't be happier with the match and snergy between all 3. Plus, this old Adcom looks brand new to boot.

Next, after checking everything out, I am going to try this combo upstairs in the HTR with the Whispers. Then, it will time to get really serious.

Thought this would be a cool tool to share, just did not know where to post it.
Seemed to fit in with the build.

Mods please move to a better spot as you see fit.
