couldn't work out a good enough deal to justify the price.

I took Cabin 5 last year. It might be a fun place again to gather in last minute guys or guys on a budget like last year who could not come except on a tight budget. As I recall, let them stay free. I might take it for the gig if I can have some control this year with all meetings posted in advance so I can prepare with beer and snacks. I like company, but last year was -- ??

This is the perfect cabin for group meetings. It is big, but last year, no room to set up the great audio system I brought up. Last year I got run over - everyday. This is a big cabin and costs more. The people there need to rent it out. All know I am quiet in person and not a problem. My web persona does piss people off like chass and Tom.

My best memory there last year was playing on the foots ball table with Toy's girl. I was once the best in the world. We never got to play pool. The food was great !

Well, to be perfectly honest, at times you do piss us off. The reason is that communicating with you online like a normal human being is frustrating at best. The proof is even seen earlier on within this thread. That said, if you would like to rent something? Please talk to me like a normal human being. You used to be a cop so I know you have it in you.

I'll try just one more time...

Bill, is there any cabin that you would be interested in and if so what dates would you like to stay?

Like I posted, willing and capable to pay the rate for the big cabin. I know the owners want to rent it.

It is the best and the worst cabin.

It is big, but their are actually only three bedrooms and one with luxury Army style. I was in the Army 3 years, have no problem there, but finding old audio guys who will camp and pay are hard, so it is basically a 3 bed room cabin.

I am not in if (with my cabin mates) do not have complete control. I took it last year and got fucked.
I am not in for any communist, socialist crap. If I pay the bills, I make the rules.

I just want to party, play tunes too loud, and drink too much. I want to share and get feed back. I know that Bob is OK with that as he was in Cabin #5 last year more than his own and at no time did he see me less than a good helper. Bob likes me !! He even liked my home made wine.
I will have a case of the same Pinot I had there last year aged another year, but this year I will also have a case of La Luna. Don't ask or try to guess, this is already your new favorite wine. It is off the chart even before aging a couple years. I guaranteed that.

I will only pay the high $$ if I can host some parties where where we eat, drink and play tunes too loud. It will be voluntary. All here who have decided they hate me can just not attend. In Cabin #5 last year, that was forbidden. It was forbidden! I brought up an interesting audio set up and never got to set it up.
Gary hauled all he owns from Maryland, and got maybe two hours of air play. That was fucked.

As to any food things, I will pay in full as to group food as I did last year. Last year the food was excellent. I pay my way, all know that.

In Cabin #5, I will adjust if we are not in the loop and even if we are. In Cabin #5 last year I did the food for two meals a day. Since the cabin was full from 6am to 2 am, fed a lot of people. I liked that, ran into town for supplies and all was good. On most meals like Breakfast, residents joined in to cook. Gary was hell with eggs, I did grits and toast. We ate really good as one should on a vacation. Many from other cabins came in for the early meal. All are welcome at #5 for Breakfast. Last year that was Tom's chore, but the doors were often locked due to his hang overs.

Bill, you need to tell Tom that you want cabin 5 for the duration of the fest. That makes you the landlord and you can rent to whomever you want including Mother Theresa. You can charge your room mates whatever fees are agreeable between both parties. You can eat what you want, party when you want ,sleep if you want ,drink all fucking day if you want . But you cant do shit without telling Tom that you indeed want CABIN 5. Shit or get off the pot, the choice is yours.

Hello, Martin, glad to see you act like a gentleman. The idiotic posts were deleted because I was attempting to raise the caliber of the forum. Posts like this only add to the destruction of the forum.

Bill, cabin 5, 6 or whatever cabin you want is yours. I'm done. This forum has lost mad members because of folks like you bucking what has been built so you know what? Call the cabins and book.

I'll let them know tomorrow that I will have nothing to do with planning Carverfest ever again from this day forth. You win and Martin wins. Gary, thanks for the vote of confidence. I thought I was man enough to call you in advance and let you know what was going on. Apparently not. That said,

Have a good life all. I have better things to do with mine.

Tom

So, you deleted YOUR idiotic posts to raise the caliber of the forum?
But left everyone else's?
Seriously?

You got a pass for a year on that crap, but it's pushing it a bit too far when you invite people to look back in the thread after you took out the part where you were a dick.

Hated to call you on it because I think you're an OK guy otherwise.

When someone calls you on something you obviously did wrong.
Be a gentleman,
And elevate the caliber of the forum.
