Thanks for helping guys. After studying all the post from this site, I've gotten enough information to start working on the wood CF 2015 speaker project. So the parts information that I'm missing can wait for the toy maker. I've gotten the actual speaker specs to start building the enclosures. Picked up the wood last night and I'm going to start building up a prototype during the next few weeks. All my work will be by using "old school" technology. IE - no CAD software, computer or automatic cutting milling. Only drawings are by hand and tooling by table saw, jointer, planer, radial arm saw and miter jig. It looks like I'll go a bit larger than the 4.5x4.5 aluminum enclosure as the original but hopefully not that much bigger. After finalizing the dimensions I'll start working on the actual final enclosure the weeks that follow. That will take some time for me to build the enclosure so I'll be patient for the toy maker.

I just finished the CF 2015 speaker build \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ . Made out of cherry. They sound fantastic!!! Here is a picture.

Beautiful job on those speakers!! Did you take any photos of the inside? Just wondered how you fit everything in using wood.
