Memorial for TNRabbit

I have been working with Tammy @ simply Tee,s in sylva NC designing the printed logo in memory of our friend Gary Gore. this will be printed on the left sleeve of the Carverfest t-shirts this year! Here is the 2 designs she came up with, I like the top design better then the bottom, please give me your thoughts on this!

I'm happy with both but if I had to choose I'm leaning toward the bottom one.
