Well, if I understand right, you are taking ½ the 220Vac to make 110Vac, which really isn't what we run here (117-120Vac) You'll probably be low on current, too. These are tracking downconverter amps, too, so only Bob knows what's going on in there.

I am not sure how you can get 110V out from 220V since I don't know if Saudi uses two poles 120V/240 (110V/220V in your case) like us. As far as I know, U.S is the only country with this kind of power transmission to the residential areas.

If your home has regular 220V 1 phase power and your SunFire only runs on 120V (110V), You need to buy a step down transformer to use with SunFire. It'll reduce voltage from 220V to 110V.

Guys,

I have sent a couple of email to Bob over a week ago :( still no reply.

I can't believe I have the tga-7401 in my setup and I can't use it ](*,)

How sad is that?

Seems like your best source of help will be a local electrician, since nobody here really knows what flavor of AC current you have.
