Any suggestions for a learning remote to do this with?

Especially one that can learn the functions of numerous remotes at the same time and not require memorizing what every button on every remote is stored as.

I just bought a Logitech Harmony remote. It is programable via a USB interface with your computer. It can either learn or download the codes for your devices from the internet.
