Silver lining

Post by frankieD » Sat Jan 08, 2011 8:10 pm

They say every cloud has a silver lining. In this case the cloud was Bob's dad passing.

The silver lining was Bob coming to L.A.

He had time to have brunch with my wife & I.

We spent a couple of very pleasant (under the circumstances) hours this morning.

Forgive me for the photos/size. I'm thrilled I was able to get them in.

P.S. Among other things Bob said he really wants to get a working set of the new speakers in time for the fest.

Take note James.

Didn't "kick" her out....she took the photo.

No one else there. I should have asked the waiter to take some shot of the three of us.

If Bob can't make CarverFest - I could shave off what little hair I have and at least fill his spot for photos - we are twins !!!!

(or FrankieD could do it if he shaved and would squat a little, check out the eyes and the nose)

That was nice that you could spend some time with Bob. Just shows what type of person he is.
