Rabbit patch continued

Image
Here's Rabbitt showing Graham how we all wake up and pray to the Sunfire before we begin the day. Ehm..cough..cough..hack..wheeze..er...what's that center channel speaker?

Image
Here's Rainman, F1nut and Thuffman relaxing by the pool...er table

Image
Here is rabbit convincing Thuffman that this is the remote control for the Rane units.

Image
While Tom enjoy's his favorite ice'd cold beverage

Image
Rainman, not believing what he is seeing, quickly moves in to capture the moment...I dunno, something to do with Tom's drink of choice

Image
Rainman made a move towards the bar and Rabbit moved in to intercept him, Thuffman is giving that look like he's seen that before.

Image
Here's Madmaster, Rainman, F1nut and Thuffman enjoying the music.

It was a great time, I had to roll out of there a little early, but I had a good time meeting some folks from different forums. Looking forward to next time

F1 looks nothing like I would have thought. I have socks just like the Walmart ones he has on. Does everyone have to wear socks in your house? Are you the weird one, or is it him?
I can't help that I'm such a handsome guy.

Walmart my ass, try Macy's.

Him.
Was F1 getting down in that one photo ? (Tom looks worried)
I was trying to hear what Tom was saying, so I had to lean forward, but the wall was in the way, so I had to hold my fat ass up with one arm.
Political Correctness...defined

A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Ahh yes it was a good time and it was good to see you relax with Mr. Glen Fiddich.

Sooo at one point i saw -8.5 on the TG IV volume control and I think I saw -5 a little later on. That amp is what 400wpc? How many wpc do you think we were actually listening to?

Count me in. I'm game.

Seems OK on the surface.
I just almost responded, but before I post, should I PM it to you.
That might be best.
Ya' lost me again, Bill. I did not get a PM and I'm discombobulated on trying to decipher what you are saying. There is no surface. There is no underlying meaning. Just an interest in attending another audio gathering that you had mentioned pulling together. I do it all the time, no big deal.

Could you clarify a little bit 'cause what you wrote went over like a 747. Knaw'mean?
In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence.

The best way to enjoy digital music reproduction is to never listen to a good analogue reproduction.

Nowhere near the amp max; we would have blown circuit breakers~ I couldn't guess actual output. Did you eve see the lights dim? That's a good indicator the circuit is running out of juice.

Believe it or not, my entire system is on a regular 15 amp wall outlet circuit, sub & all. I find if I run a 10-gauge extension cord from the sub to the other room, I can crank it a little louder without the lights dimming so much---

It will definitely get with the program now. The active setup released those speakers from "sonic molasses" and freed up a TON of reserve power. I didn't intend to run at those volumes all day-- but nothing broke, so it's all good.....right? 8)

I had a great time at Rabbit's place and really enjoyed meeting some of his friends. It was nice to see Rabbit because it had been almost 3 years!

"Babbit" loves catching "Rabbits"! They are a little tougher to catch, but much less hazardous to deal with than the usual.....
