DC area Listening Days This Fall?

Post by Dreamer » Wed Sep 21, 2011 11:05 pm

It looks like this section has been pretty quiet for a while...

I am moving back up to Columbia MD temporarily for the fall (through the end of December), but I won't have much (if any) Carver gear (Almost my entire rig will be put in storage for the next few months), I'd love to get together and see what some of you other folks have been doing with your rigs. I've been out of the loop for a while (Grad School is kicking my butt), but the next few months are going to be particularly hard for me without Carver or Martin Logan gear to listen to.

Help a brother out, folks.

Is anyone up for hosting a "listening day" in the DC/Baltimore area this fall? I can bring lots of CDs, Apple Lossless music on my laptop, and maybe my Benchmark DAC if anyone is interested...

Richard, I hadn't planned anything, but let me know when you might be down my way & I'll set something up. Give me a date. I'm working around a lot of other stuff right now, so I'll just let you start with a date & then we can adjust from there if necessary.

OK. I'm moving back up to Columbia at the end of September, so give me a week or so to settle in and figure out my schedule, and I'll propose something, and we can go from there...
