KT-150 amp from ARC

Post by radioeng2 » Mon Nov 10, 2014 4:59 pm

Bob mentioned a couple fests back about having completed a design with the KT-150 and how he was able to get almost as much power from a pair as he does with several in the other earlier designs. I've been watching for that to appear with nothing so far.

But for whatever reason, the 150 is eye catching. So ran across a purty one now out from Audio Research. A new product line for them....this 'un is the GS-150...

I have to look at the purty pictures as that's about as close as I'll be.

I was there "At the Fest!" Hope you were too!

Its going to be used equipment when I sell it, so it may as well be used equipment when I buy it.

I remember asking Bob about these for my amps, and he said go for it... he said I should be in the 500 wpc range with them. I will try and call him after work and see if he still agrees with that.
