TFM-55 trimmer pots

I am gathering a parts list together for a recap of my 55, and I can't figure out what I should be replacing my trimmer pots with. Any one ever replace theirs and can help, it would be great! Of course then, I need to know how to set those new pots for the 55, so the procedure would be most helpful. Thank you!

Okay, I found how to set the pots on site, but what to order for the replacements?
