Send it to Rolland, he's not moving.

I have found Rolland to be top notch. Sent him a 45 and he did an excellent job. We have spoken several times afterward. He is always willing to offer his knowledge over the phone for trouble shooting other issues you may have.

Rolland has been providing a quality FULL service for years without exception. Those who have dealt with him only give glowing reports. That kind of service deserves to be supported.

Re: is rita,s moving or what??

I'm sure all of you who support Rolland have enjoyed the level of service you describe. However, the one time I called him with a relatively simple question he politely told me that he wasn't an information bureau and that I had to send my unit in to him for service. On the contrary, the several times I have spoken to and asked questions of Rita, she has told me everything I wanted to know and more, without hesitation or insolence.

Rita and Bill are both top notch techs that don't try and over sell the situation. Very stand up, down to earth people who know the equipment they work on better then anyone in the business, with Bob Carver himself watching over their shoulder ready to help and sign equipment upon request. What more could you ask for?

Re: is rita,s moving or what??

I just got of the phone with Rita and she told me that they'll be at that location for atleast the next 6 weeks and possibly up to 10 weeks. They are actively searching for a new location here in Snohomish and have found a couple very promising locations already. She told me that if she receives an item in the next three weeks, she'll be able to turn it around before the move.

Allow me to answer for him, please. Absolutely nothing.

Amen to that! For gear this old, we are lucky to have service, period.
