I need to replace the belts. I have looked for a service or repair manual without luck. I have the Operators Manual. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks....

TNRabbit can tell you about anything you wanna know about the 360. PM him for the info. He may chime in.
In reality, it only matters what it sounds like to YOU!!!
Re: SD/A-360 CD Player Service Manual Request
I JUST finished replacing the tray drive belt today. Because of suggestions on this site I went down to the local ACE Hardware store and bought a rubber o-ring (in the faucet/plumbing area). It was a 1.5" OD x 1-3/8" ID x 1/16" ring (#56 in their system). It was the last one in the store. I popped it out of the package, washed it with a little hand soap to get the manufacturing oils off, put it on and, BOOM! It worked! I got the 360 in a package deal with a CM1090. The guy basically tossed it in for me, since it wasn't really working.
Once I cleaned the lens (gently, with a Q-tip and alcohol, as instructed), the player worked GREAT!
Good luck!

I never saw this thread.....oh well...looks like you got it fixed!
If you ever use the TOSLINK connection & have trouble with it cutting out, I know how to fix that, too~

Good deal and nice repair job! That's always a great feeling when you get something extra because of issues and then turn around and get it Fixed for next to nothing
Enjoy...

It's misspelled, not miss-spelled.

It should sound like it isn't there!
