Well, with that low a bias, you are probably getting crossover distortion (the positive/negative transistors shut off before the waveform crosses zero). What I would try is to move the adjustment trimmer a little while measuring and see if it increases (or decreases depending on where your probes are.
It should sound like it isn't there!
