Help w/ M 400 parts identification

I have an M 400 that I received with a broken speaker spring connector. A friend has graciously laser-cut a piece of aluminum that holds four banana jacks (the spacing is .5" rather than .75", due to the small size of the original). But I need to find out what parts were connected to the original output strip, seen here:



It looks like two identical caps and two identical resistors. Can someone tell me the correct values and types, and (bonus) provide parts #'s from someone like Mouser? I've been stalled on this project for a while because I'm too stupid to figure out what these parts are.
