Sourcing an LC6538D 4814 CHIP

I own a Model SD/A-400 Carver CD Player. It carries a chip with Markings as follows;

Sanyo 4J1
LC6538D 4814

The Mother Board has the following Markings;

4B10007700
TK-437 94V-0
I need to replace this chip but cannot source it anywhere. Can some one please let me know where it can be sourced.
