OBI I tried calling the number listed and got an answering machine. I left a message, so will have to wait for a call back.

Yeah, me too. I finally got a reply from Harry Abbott, however, who said the wrong number was published for the business.

The correct number is: (425) 530-9557

Re: Bob Carver and Rita Helm have opened a new shop.

I goofed up on the phone number. The correct contact number is 425 530 9557

The above number is the shop, the number (425 783 0270) we posted was the wrong one.

Thanks,
Bob

Ye freakin ha...Thank you God I always knew you had Carver gear up there in the big listening room in the sky.
I bet something broke and you needed a repair and bingo Bob and Rita are heatin up the soldering irons. I am so glad I
only live about 30 minutes from the shop, so right after the holidays I will trek North with my amp and pre amp for
a tune up and whatever else you guys wanna do to them. =D>

Welcome back

Re: Bob Carver and Rita Helm have opened a new shop.

Excellent news! =D>

I will be interested to learn what is typically included in the restoration work - parts, labor - as people start to get their units worked on. Hmm, I have a Sansui tube receiver that could certainly benefit from a makeover and 170 seems like a bargain to get work done on tube gear.

a new shop for fixing and restoring all vintage Carver Corp, Phase Linear and Sunfire audio equipment.

I wonder if this includes the Phase Linear Andromeda speaker system? Would be nice to have a consult on mine as needed. =D> =D> =D>
