Pull plug.
Political Correctness...defined

A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Re: Amp won't turn off

Not a lot of information here, is there :D My guess is that it could be a switch problem

F1, for the first time I think I can help you make one even shorter... instead of "Pull Plug" how about this: "Unplug." :D :D :D Suddenly I am flashing back to your all time funniest "NO" reply to the home theater question...

Like Bill and F1 both stated, it almost certainly has to be a problem in the switch. Depending on how handy you are with switches and things it should not be too difficult to determine if it's just stuck and can be freed up by cleaning with a shot of switch cleaner etc. or if the switch will need to be replaced. :-k 8)
