FORUM/SOFTWARE UPGRADE ((DONATIONS NEEDED))

Post by Toy Maker » Wed Dec 19, 2007 8:31 am

Ok guys, this has been a pretty cheap little forum to run so far, but it is time to upgrade the servers software so we can add more features like the picture gallery ect. There have been very little hosting fees so far, as the server is pretty much mine, and connected to a friends fiberoptic line.

We're asking you guys if you would be willing to kick in $10-20 per person so my father and I don't take a huge hit in doing the upgrade. The software is called Plesk, and will run us $1400 for the inital upgrade, and another $200 a year to keep it up to the current version every year after.

So, if anyone is willing, please send a few bucks over via PayPal to dave@carveraudio.com, and we will put it towards the upgrade we are going to do soon.

Thanks guys !!!

James / Dave

James, take the 100.00 of mine out of the Carverfest fund and apply it to this. I'll replenish the CF fund in January.

BTW, I did leave. Turned in the keys today. \:D/ :D
