MArk Forums Read

Post by bob p » Thu Apr 24, 2008 3:01 pm

Just wondering if it would be possible to edit the board's php files to add a link on the "View New Posts" page.

It would be really handy if that page hat a "Mark Forums Read" button on it. That way, when you're done reading the new posts, you could just mark all the forums read and be on your way. As it stands now, if you want to mark the forums as read then you have to migrate to the Forum Index page and then scroll to the bottom to find the link.

In my perfect world, the "Mark Forums Read" link would be somewhere at the top of these pages, maybe on the right.

Just my two cents. Thansk!

"Mark Forums Read" is at the top of the index page.
Political Correctness...defined

A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Sorry, no... I don't know how to do it, and I'm not going to start messing with the new forum quite yet.
